Cookie Policy

Effective Date: July 17, 2026Last Updated: July 20, 2026Version 1.0

1.INTRODUCTION

1.1This Cookie Policy explains how Lev'sonic LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as ChemITrust AI (“ChemITrust AI,” the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit our website located at chemitrust.ai (the “Website”) or use our applications and services, including ChemITrust AI Chat, ChemVoice, MolCaptiv8er, SpectraVault, Scientific File Storage, Scientific Search, Laboratory Report Generation, and any related or future features, including those made available on subdomains of chemitrust.ai (collectively with the Website, the “Services”).

1.2This Cookie Policy is incorporated by reference into, and forms part of, our Terms and Conditions and should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which describes our broader personal-information practices. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms and Conditions.

1.3Summary of our approach: the ChemITrust AI application itself uses only strictly necessary (essential) cookies required to operate, secure, and deliver the Services. Our public Website additionally uses a limited set of marketing cookies, with your consent where required by law, solely to measure and improve our marketing. We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. To the extent that any disclosure of information to our advertising partners is treated as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under applicable law, you may opt out as described in Section 5. We do not use cookies to profile, or to advertise based on, the scientific content of your prompts, Inputs, or Outputs.

2.WHAT ARE COOKIES?

2.1Cookies are small text files placed on your computer or mobile device by a website or application. They are widely used to make online services work, to make them more efficient and secure, and to provide information to the service operator. Cookies set by us are “first-party cookies”; cookies set by other companies whose tools we use are “third-party cookies.”

2.2We use the term “cookies” in this Policy to include similar technologies such as local storage, session storage, pixels, and software development kits (SDKs) where they perform an equivalent function.

3.CATEGORIES OF COOKIES WE USE

3.1Strictly Necessary (Essential) Cookies. These cookies are required for the Services to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They are set in response to actions you take, such as logging in, maintaining your session, setting security tokens, and recording your cookie preferences. Without these cookies, the Services cannot be provided. The application uses only cookies in this category.

3.2Analytics and Performance Cookies (Website only). These cookies help us understand, in aggregate, how visitors find and use our Website (for example, which pages are visited most and how visitors arrive at our Website) so that we can measure and improve our marketing and the Website experience. These cookies are never used inside the application. As of the Last Updated date above, we set no cookies in this category — see Section 4.2.

3.3Marketing and Advertising Cookies (Website only). These cookies are used solely for marketing purposes: measuring the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and helping us reach audiences who may be interested in our scientific software. They may be set by our advertising partners and may recognize your browser across websites. We do not use these cookies within the application, and we do not link them to the content of your prompts, Inputs, Outputs, or User Content.

3.4What we do NOT do. We do not: (a) sell or rent personal information collected through cookies; (b) use cookies to read, profile, or advertise based on the scientific or substantive content of your use of the application; or (c) knowingly permit third parties to use cookies on our Services for their own independent advertising purposes beyond those described in this Policy.

4.COOKIES WE USE

4.1The table below lists every cookie in use on the Services, by category, together with its provider and duration. Non-essential cookies are deployed on the Website only, and only in accordance with Section 5. We will update this table whenever the cookies we set change.

4.2Analytics and performance cookies. As of the Last Updated date above we set no analytics or performance cookies: no web-analytics product is deployed on the Website, and the Google tag described in the table is configured with analytics storage denied. If we introduce cookies in this category we will update this Section and, where required by applicable law, request your consent before setting them.

4.3Payment cookies. Subscription checkout takes place on payment pages hosted by Stripe on Stripe's own domain. We set no payment cookies of our own; any cookies set during checkout are set by Stripe under Stripe's own cookie and privacy policies.

4.4Local and session storage. In addition to the cookies above, we use your browser's local and session storage for functional purposes only — for example, to remember that you have dismissed a banner, to keep your light or dark theme choice, and to preserve interface layout and unsaved work inside the application. This data stays on your device, is not transmitted to us as part of a request, and is never used for advertising. You can clear it through your browser settings.

6.THIRD-PARTY COOKIES AND SERVICES

6.1Third-party cookies on the Website are placed by service providers acting on our behalf for the purposes described in Section 3. These providers may process the data collected by their cookies in accordance with their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. We do not control third-party cookies, and the presence of a third-party cookie does not imply our endorsement of that party's independent practices.

6.2Data collected through cookies may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where our Services are operated. Where required by applicable law, appropriate safeguards are applied to such transfers as described in our Privacy Policy.

7.DATA COLLECTED AND RETENTION

7.1Depending on the category, cookies we use may collect or store: session identifiers; authentication and security tokens; consent preferences; device and browser type; IP address; approximate (city-level) location derived from IP address; pages visited on the Website; referring pages and campaign identifiers; and interaction events on the Website. Cookie data is retained only for the durations stated in Section 4 or, where a duration is variable, no longer than reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was set.

7.2Cookie data that constitutes personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including its provisions on security, retention, and your rights under applicable privacy and data protection laws.
