Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 17, 2026Last Updated: July 20, 2026Version 1.0

1.Introduction

Lev'sonic LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as ChemITrust AI (“ChemITrust AI,” the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), is committed to building a reliable and trustworthy platform for scientific work. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and share information when you visit our website (chemitrust.ai) or use our applications, products, and services — including ChemITrust AI Chat, ChemVoice, MolCaptiv8er, SpectraVault, Scientific File Storage, Scientific Search, Laboratory Report Generation, and any related or future features (collectively, the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy is incorporated into, and forms part of, our Terms and Conditions, and should be read together with our Cookie Policy, which describes our use of cookies and similar technologies in more detail. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Policy have the meanings given in the Terms and Conditions.

By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2.Our Privacy Commitment

ChemITrust AI follows a privacy-by-design philosophy and minimizes data collection whenever possible. In particular:

  • We NEVER sell your data (see Section 11).
  • Your data is NEVER used for training.
  • All your data remains your property — laboratory data, molecular structures, spectra, laboratory notebooks, unpublished research, industrial methods and trade secrets, and patent-related information are all yours.

3.Information We Collect

We collect only what we need to operate the Services, provide better responses, and keep your information safe:

  • Account information. Your name, email address, sign-in credentials (email and password, single sign-on, or Google login), and account settings.
  • Content you provide (“User Content”). Prompts, conversations, uploaded files, molecular structures, spectra, laboratory notebooks, transcripts, and other materials you submit to the Services. Upload limits vary by subscription plan.
  • Billing information. Handled by our payment processor as described in Section 8. We never store your credit card information.
  • Usage and device information. Log data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and interactions with the Services, collected to operate, secure, and improve the platform.

4.How We Use Information

We use information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services; personalize your experience; process payments and issue invoices; communicate with you, including service messages and the marketing communications described in Section 10; comply with law; and protect our users, the public, and our rights. We may also use aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information — which can no longer reasonably be used to identify you — for purposes such as analytics, improving the Services, and marketing.

5.Artificial Intelligence Processing

The Services are powered by artificial intelligence models from leading providers. You can choose which model to use, and depending on your selection, your prompts and related content may be processed by third-party AI providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Cohere, and Wolfram. Voice features are powered by Microsoft Azure custom speech services. These providers process your content solely to deliver the Services.

We do not use your chats, prompts, or uploaded files to train ChemITrust AI models, and we do not permit them to be used to train third-party AI models. If you choose to submit vocabulary terms to improve recognition of scientific terminology (for example, in ChemVoice), those submissions are voluntary, are treated as public, and may be used to improve shared recognition models; please do not include confidential information in submitted terms. Private custom recognition models are available under separate Enterprise terms.

6.Voice Features (ChemVoice)

ChemVoice converts your speech into text. Raw audio is processed in real time and is not stored, temporarily or permanently. Transcripts are saved to your account so you can use them, and you may delete your transcripts at any time.

7.Research Confidentiality and Ownership

Your research remains yours. User research, laboratory notebooks, unpublished research, industrial methods, patent-related information, and trade secrets remain your property and are treated as confidential. Scientific data are never sold. Our employees access User Content only when required — for example, to provide support you request, maintain and secure the Services, investigate suspected violations of our Terms and Conditions, or comply with law — and such access is protected by access controls, role-based permissions, and audit logging.

8.Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. ChemITrust AI never stores your credit card information; Stripe stores and processes payment details under its own privacy policy. We issue invoices and retain billing records as needed for accounting, tax, and legal purposes.

9.Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our application. The ChemITrust AI application and its subdomains use only strictly necessary cookies — such as the authentication cookie that signs you in and keeps you signed in between visits — required to operate and secure the Services. Because these cookies are essential to provide the Services you request, they do not require consent under applicable law and cannot be disabled without affecting core functionality.

Our marketing website. Our public marketing website may use advertising technologies — such as Google tag and advertising services, Meta pixel and conversion tools, and server-side conversion measurement — to measure performance and reach interested audiences. Where required by applicable law, we obtain consent for, or offer opt-outs from, non-essential cookies and similar technologies.

Your choices. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings and on our Privacy & Ad Preferences page, and, where required by applicable law, we honor opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control. Disabling non-essential cookies does not affect your use of the application. For full details about the specific cookies we use, their durations, and your choices, please see our Cookie Policy.

10.Marketing Communications

We may send newsletters, promotional emails, and product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in each email or by contacting us. We will continue to send essential service and account messages.

11.How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money, and we never sell your research. We share information only:

  • With service providers that help us operate the Services — such as cloud hosting, AI model providers, payment processing, analytics, and communications — under appropriate protections;
  • For advertising on our marketing website, where the technologies described in Section 9 may be considered “sharing” or targeted advertising under certain laws, in which case you may opt out as described in Section 14;
  • When legally required, as described in Section 15;
  • In a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this Policy will continue to protect your information; and
  • At your direction or with your consent.

12.Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. If you cancel the Services or delete your account, your User Content is retained for thirty (30) days and then permanently and irrevocably deleted, as further described in our Terms and Conditions. Other account information is deleted when your account is deleted, except where retention is required for legal, security, tax, or compliance purposes. Third-party providers may retain certain data for their own security and compliance purposes under their policies.

13.Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including HTTPS and TLS encryption in transit, access controls, role-based permissions, audit logging, firewalls, DDoS protection, and regular security updates, on trusted cloud infrastructure including Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, and Vercel. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.

14.Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Through your account, you can at any time view your information, correct your information, delete uploaded files, delete transcripts, export your data, and delete your account.

Depending on where you live, you may also have rights under applicable privacy laws — including the EU and UK GDPR and U.S. state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) — including the rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; to withdraw consent; to opt out of targeted advertising or the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, including through the Privacy & Ad Preferences page and the opt-out preference signals described in our Cookie Policy; and to exercise your rights without discrimination. To exercise any of these rights, use your account settings or contact us at info@chemitrust.ai. Users in the EU or UK may also lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.

16.International Users and Data Transfers

We primarily serve the United States and Canada, and the Services are also available in Europe, Australia, Asia, and worldwide. The Services are operated from the United States, and your information may be processed in the United States and other locations where we or our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers and comply with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, and CPRA.

17.Children’s Privacy

The Services are intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have done so, we will delete it.

18.Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable United States federal law. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Policy will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lee County, Florida, in accordance with the dispute-resolution provisions of our Terms and Conditions.

19.Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including as we add new features to the Services. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, for material changes, provide notice through the Services or by email. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
